Art Gallery Kids Foundation provides free and low-cost art classes for children and families who might not otherwise have access to arts education. Through drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and interdisciplinary learning, we create a space where children can experiment, problem-solve, build confidence, discover their abilities, and explore their own ideas. Art is often treated as an extra. In reality, it helps shape the way children learn, think, communicate, and see themselves.
Our Mission
Art Gallery Kids Foundation exists to remove barriers to arts education and make creativity accessible to every child. Our mission is to provide meaningful, encouraging, and affordable creative experiences that help children build confidence, discover their potential, express themselves, and see the world, and themselves, in new ways.
Why Art Matters
Research consistently shows that arts education supports academic growth by improving attention, memory, and cognitive flexibility. Art encourages children to ask questions, take risks, make connections, and think in new ways. These skills benefit them throughout school and into every area of life. Beyond academics, art gives children a sense of belonging and self-worth. When a child creates something with their own hands, they learn that their ideas matter. That they matter.

Why I Started This Foundation
Art changed my life.
As an artist and educator, I’ve experienced firsthand how creativity can build confidence, provide connection, and help people see the world (and themselves) differently. Art gave me a place to grow, express myself, and discover what I was capable of. I created Art Gallery Kids Foundation because I want other children to have that same opportunity. Every child deserves access to creativity, encouragement, and meaningful learning experiences. This foundation was built to remove barriers and make art accessible.

Meet the Teacher
Hi! I'm Ms. Beth. I work as a professional artist and I've been teaching art for 19 years. Throughout my career, I've seen the transformative effect art can have on children. It's the one place they can make a mess, make mistakes, and create something great in the process. I see the pride and confidence it builds, the ideas it inspires, and the skills it develops. I’ve created fun art and STEAM classes that build skills like creative problem solving, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence to foster a love of learning and set students up for academic and personal success.
