Sketchbook Club (K - 8th)
A weekly creative space to draw, experiment, and grow as an artist
Bring your sketchbook and join a community of young artists who love to create! In this weekly studio-style class, students draw and share ideas while exploring a variety of professional art materials including colored pencils, oil pastels, soft pastels, charcoal, ink, acrylic paint pens, and more. Each session includes optional prompts, creative challenges, and guidance from a professional artist, giving students the freedom to develop their own artistic style and build skills alongside friends.

Meet the Teacher
Hi! I'm Ms. Beth. I work as a professional artist and I've been teaching art for 19 years. Throughout my career, I've seen the transformative effect art can have on children. It's the one place they can make a mess, make mistakes, and create something great in the process. I see the pride and confidence it builds, the ideas it inspires, and the skills it develops. I’ve created fun art and STEAM classes that build skills like creative problem solving, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence to foster a love of learning and set students up for academic and personal success. I am an ESA vendor and have my fingerprint clearance card.

With a maximum of 8 students per class, every student gets a personalized education!
