Art Gallery Kids

With over 15 years of experience as an art teacher and professional artist—and as a mom myself—I’m passionate about designing lessons that ignite creativity and foster a love of learning. I offer small class sizes so each student receives individual attention. All of my classes are designed to develop artistic skill, self-expression, and confidence. Art is a powerful tool engaging both hemispheres of the brain and I often combine art with core subjects like science and math to offer engaging, hands-on experiences that transform the way kids learn. I love teaching homeschoolers! I'm an ESA vendor and accept Classwallet.

Meet the Teacher

Hi! My name is Beth. I work as a professional artist and I've been teaching art for almost 20 years. Throughout my career, I've seen the transformative effect art can have on children. It's the one place they can make a mess, make mistakes, and create something great in the process. I see the pride and confidence it builds, the ideas it inspires, and the skills it develops. I’ve created fun play-based art classes to introduce foundational learning and artistic skills such as creative problem solving, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence to foster a love of learning and set students up for academic and personal success.
